I have had a yeast infection for like 6 months have used all the over the counter meds not working can u please help.me with this so frustrated very painful

Have you seen a doctor about this? Doctors have better medications than those you can find over the counter.

I would also recommend eating plain yogurt (nothing flavored), that can help with a yeast infection. In fact, when I was pregnant and had a yeast infection, that's what my doctor recommended, since it was dangerous to take any yeast infection medications.

But really, see your doctor. A yeast infection that lasts for that long is not a good sign.
