    Wisdom tooth skin grown over
Bits of the tooth came out cause it was so decayed I was able to flick a few bits out hoping all would come out but when I brush everyday it really hurts that area I'm sure there is still tooth or roots under there, my question is will I need some sort of surgery? And can the dentist do this or do I need to go to hospital? Thank Shaz.

I can't possibly diagnose your dental problems over the internet. Make an appointment with a Dentist.

You will have to have a visit with your dentist who will x ray to see just how much is left of the tooth.
Just what did you use to "flick pieces out". He will probably have to refer you to an oral surgeon to remove the rest of the tooth. These things don't take care of themselves, only cause infections making it harder to deal with
