Hi,

I've been trying to find a cartoon series about a little bald imaginative boy who fantasizes about being different characters (detective/inspector cave man, etc). I can recall that one of the episodes is entitled: Billy's Gifts. In it, Billy and his pet (I can't recall what kind, but possibly a dog) wake up on Christmas morning and decide to visit the north pole.

By the way, I seem to recall the little boy having a sweet British accent. I could be wrong about this though.

Anyway, I know this isn't much to go on, but it's all I have. I can say this. It's not Chuck Jones little Ralph character, it's also not Caillou. I know for sure his name is Billy.

Any help would be appreciated!

There is one bald guy in my mind popeye.

It wasn't Henry (comic strip) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, was it?

Okay - I may be way off, but is there any chance the characters name is Bod? There's an old cartoon with a bald little boy named Bod, with a British accent, with an episode called Bod's Presents. Having a hard time tracking down said episode, but here's this, does it look familiar?

It's definitely not Popeye. LOL
The character is a cute small boy child. Kind of like Caillou, but it's definitely not him either.

This is the strangest thing. It's like the cartoon simply disappeared off the face of the earth.

I recall a few episodes where he daydreams about being a detective, visiting his grandmother, and something about either dinosaurs or being a caveman. The opening intro shows him daydreaming about being different characters. One of which he's an underwater explorer.

I found Billy!

He's on Tiny Pop TV. Unfortunately, the website doesn't have any of the episodes uploaded neither does YouTube. Darn it!
