I am 24... my period is 3 days delayed.. but on 4th day bleeding started but not like normal period... I have abdominal pain and backache... can I be pregnant?

You might be pregnant but you might just as easily be not pregnant. Menstrual variations are very much like pregnancy at times. There is just no way to tell without waiting to do a test.
