    Leg cramps
NEEDING IMMEDIATE ANSWER, IF POSSIBLE :)

My son is 4 yrs old. Literally, at this very moment, he wakes up crying, moaning, etc off and on, about every 5 minutes or less. He's having major less cramps. Worse than Ive ever seen since he was born. I tried massaging his calfs, pushing his toes upward to stretch his calf muscle. The last thing I tried was having him get up out of bed to walk it off. Nothings working.

I need ideas/recommendations to help him. Im outa ideas.

    Please help! :)

Give him lots of weak fluids like watered down juices to drink and keep massaging his calves (don't bend his toes).
Buy some sports drinks and water them down too.
Soak him in a warm tub. Wrap a damp towel over a heating pad and let him sleep with it between his legs.

If he has them more often than once every 2 months or so, he probably has misaligned bones. This can usually be seen - the larger leg bone attaches to the foot bones too far inward and the child has 'flat feet' with the weight on the inside and the toes turned outward.
That means he needs special shoes.
