First, what is a N-PLL? What is the power requirement for this N-PLL?

Fractional N-PLL is kind of PLL(phased locked loop). It produces a range of frequency solely with a local frequency. It components include a divider, mixer, filter and a VCO.by the way It's my final BS project :D
I recognized the Phased Locked Loop, what is the N? May need some shielding depending on the use?
N is the number which local frequency is divided into :)
How tight and critical are signals you are generating or controlling?
If I recall, the higher frequencies generate a parasitic capacitance that may be problematic if you're working with register data...
If you have problems during testing with common single conductor unshielded wire, you can try a Belden twisted shielded pair..

Thanks for sympathising with me :) I haven't chosen the suitable IC for VCO & filter & other components yet! I want to buy them in no time & I didn't know anything about the wire :p by the way can I have your email?
my adviser told me to design an integer pll first because it's easier then I want to improve it. As my memory works, the difference between frequencies is one megahertz. And yes I have kind of register in the IC of the divider.
