I am a US citizen & have been with my boyfriend for two years. When my boyfriend was 12 he illegally crossed the mexican border and had been living in US ever since, he is now 28 years of age. Recently he got arrested for something minor and they discovered he wasn't a legal resident and was deported back to Mexico about 2months ago. Since then he has tried illegally crossing border & continually gets caught, the officials stated the next time he gets caught it would be a automatic 3months in jail. This past week he tried again and text me that he was caught! I don't even know which jail he is at. I just know it was Texas border... Is there anyway I can bail him out and/or get him back in the US? I'm willing to marry him, I miss him terribly . Please help.
