Blows 40 amp breaker like right now. Opened up outside control panel and found a mouse nest. Wires stripped and shorted. Rewired bad wiring and unit still blows breaker. Good resistance check from disconnect to control box. Fan will start and run if I disconnect compressor. Sounds like...
