Was there a will? Is the estate in probate? If there is a will who is set to inherit the house?

Any question on law needs to include your general local as laws vary by area.

Generally if siblings all inherit a house, they put it up for sale or one buys out the others.
If you want to buy out your 3 sisters, you tell the probate court, who will want to know if you plan to buy before or after probate is final. Same with putting it up for sale. The deed doesn't have to be changed in order to do either.
You need a formal appraisal of the house so there is no fighting that leads to lawsuits.
If you can't afford to buy them out, not even with money you receive from your mother's estate, then your sisters can force the sale.

OP says "i am administrator." I take that to mean probate court-appointed personal representative (or executor).

Probably, but no guarantee. She could have just been named in a will and not yet filed for probate.
