I just got off warfrin not even a week ago and my knee is kind of swollen and having sharp pain almost all day and should I go see a doctor because it's the same pain as when I had my PE

Warfrin is for blood clotting and if you are off was it your own choice or your doctor's? I would suggest you see your doctor immediately. Being on this drug, and or being taken off, is a seriious issue.

You wasted time asking this here when you should hasve called your doctor. Warfarin helps to slow down blood clotting by thinning the blood. Stopping without the supervision of a doctor is dangerous.
