Me and my husband recently started a new cleaning company, however we are not able to get any cleaning jobs yet. My husband is currently working as a cleaning supervisor. He s having cleaning experiences but we have no idea how to start or win a cleaning contract?

I saw cold calls would be a good start , however I would like to know where to call? To commercial cleaners of directly to offices?

You 'cold call' directly to offices; best bet is walking in and explaining your services and your pricing. You 'win' by reputation and better pricing.

Not everyone is great at cold calling. It is one of the most difficult ways of getting business but it is a start that must be done.
