    Physical nightmares
My husband tells me I have been laughing, crying, yelling, and fighting when I sleep. He wakes me up, I'm OK for a moment then I fall right back into it. What is wrong with me?

He must be losing sleep next to you. Suggest separate rooms if it continues, but to be quite honest, there is nothing wrong with you, you just have active dreaming. I wouldn't call them nightmares. Nightmares are like scary movies that wake you up.

I think you have to make a conscious effort to get completely relaxed, clear your mind and probably meditation to rid yourself of these active dreams.

    Although he could be exaggerating.
