I moved into a house with some friends without any written lease and no set monthly payment. I paid $800 or $900 a month. Then went up to $1200 a month. It was too much. I gave notice via text message and person and paid my rent in full & moved. Now they want me to pay a portion of the utilities? Do they have a case?? Thank you.
