As Alty said this would be spelled out in the original award. It would have been up to the court or a negotiation between you and your ex.

If the order is from Californis and not another state then it ends at 18 and graduated High School unless you had made some other agreement and got it approved by the courts. If you feel it is going to end then you need to notify child supprt office right away if that is who you are going through so it may end without delay.
