How do you know if you are having a missed miscarriage? I have been cramping and my signs have all went a way this is going on for about a week. Some discharge but no blood. 6wks

Do you have a confirmed pregnancy? You stated that you're not bleeding, only cramping. How severe are the cramps? Have you seen a doctor about this?
