    Question on Florida eviction
I am in Florida. I am evicting a tenant and she has been served with a eviction complaint by the police. She has not responded to the complaint with the court. I have not proceeded with the motion for default, final judgment, and writ of possession, because she asked to pay and catch up. It had been 3 months and she has only paid some of the rent money due. She now owes more than we started with. My question is? Can I proceed with the eviction process that I started 3 months ago and file motion for default, final judgment, and writ of possession with the court or , do I have to start over again form the beginning with the eviction proceedings. 3 day notice ,eviction complaint etc.

You can try filing the motion for default and see if the court will accept it. If they don't accept it you'll have to start over.
