    Confused .
    I had sex on may 4th and may 11th with my boyfriend. Then we broke up and I know this was a BAD decision but I had sex with my "first love" that I had first EVER had sex with. We did it on May 17th . My period comes between the 20th-27th if I Were to get pregnant who would it most likely be by? Because may 15th I started kind of getting period symptoms because when I'm about to start I crave chocolate and junk food and break out and my boobs get fragile. And another question IF I had sex the 17th with my ex could I still get pregnant 3 days before my period. I know it takes the sperm up to SEVEN days to reach the egg but lets say I don't have sex this month and don't start my period next month does that mean its by him? Or once I start my period there's no chance of pregnancy between either of them because I started my period and your period flushes everything out right? Please help me with answers.

    If there is a paternity issue then the ONLY reliable method is a DNA test AFTER the birth.

    So you can't even tell just by the days ? And once you start your period EVERYTHING flushes out right ?

    No. Sperm travel north into the uterus and swim around and go into the Fallopian tubes, looking for an egg to fertilize. They can be busy whilst you are having your period (which is the uterus getting rid of unneeded blood and mucosal tissue). If a sperm successfully fertilizes an egg (might take a couple of days), new blood and mucosal tissue will begin to line the uterus and will stay there (no period) in order to feed and nourish that soon-to-be-attached-to-the-uterine-wall fertilized egg.

    Oh my gosh are you serious. This is like the worst thing I've ever done in my life. Trust me I feel horrible and guilty but I was just hoping there'd be some way to tell at least a little something.

    And if I start my period this month I'm not pregnant right? Because that doesn't run in my family it's never happened to anyone in my family where they're pregnant on their period. I'm 19 I got pregnant when I was 18 and had a miscarriage but I had gotten pregnant by my boyfriend the one I said I had sex with on the 4th and 11th and I had gotten pregnant after my period and then missed my next one so I'm guessing it I do start I'm not pregnant

    The sex episodes are too close together to be able to name a father, if you are indeed pregnant. Only DNA testing after the baby's birth will determine who the father is.

    AND if I'm suppose to start in a couple of days it's impossible for my "first love" that I just had sex with yesterday to have gotten me pregnant right? Because it takes the sperm 7 days and don't they only live up to like 3-5 days

    You're guessing wrong. Those (millions of) busy little sperm are looking for an egg to fertilize and have passed any point of being "flushed out" with your period.

    You're getting all worked up and worried over nothing so far... you don't even know if you're pregnant.

    Relax... wait for your period. If it comes, then big chances that you're not pregnant. If not, then you will have to wait a few weeks and take a test.

    Worry isn't going to help you though... if anything, worrying will delay your period causing you to worry more.

    If you get pregnant, it could have been by either guy. (Some sperm don't need 7 days.)

    If I could guess that accurately, I'd be the Powerball winner. It's impossible to guess -- the sex with the two guys was too close to call.

    But it's a week difference there has to be SOME way to tell at least a little . I mean I'm thinking in my head that if I do end up pregnant it can't be the second guy because its too soon to miss a period from him I don't know I'm confused I'll just relax .

    Can't that help though? If I got pregnant by my ex boyfriend on may 4th may 11th we have sex every weekend so it's more of an effect right that it could be him because like I said we do it every weekend and I started getting sore breasts and hungry cravings and everything couldn't it be him ? Cus I started getting all that before my "first love" I'll just wait for my period I guess . Is there ANY way to make sperm die faster?

    Because if I don't start why would I have gotten symptoms of a period? Orrrr why would I get them that early before my first love?
