My Husband on summary probation picked up a DV case but was thrown out but he's on probation for asult to my understanding it's cheaper to violate him then give new charges just got a job first time ever being violated is PO never had an hold on him but for some reason he still in custody out in wayside county jail his next court date is may 29 2013 confused worried don't know what to expect can anyone assist me with answers thank you :)
