I shave my beard to the skin. I got bumps all over my beard. Whiles treating the bumps one has developed into a keloid and I don't know how to get it off my beard. I have tried many skin care creams but none seems to be working and the keloid is growing bigger. Please what is the best treatment for it.

You'll need to see a doctor and have it removed. There are no ointments or creams that can get rid of a keloid.
