I have been on the pill for 3 months. This month my fiancé decided we want a baby I quit taking the pill mid way and I also missed one in the first week. So far I missed four pills total but three together. I charted my info and thought I was ovulating . We had unprotected sex. On the third missed pill day today I started bleeding. Could I be pregnant and still have break through bleeding. I no its too eat to tell but I'm hoping for a baby. The bleeding is light but not spotting.

Yes, you COULD be pregnant but then again, you may not be.

Any time you have sex there is a chance, however slim, for pregnancy to occur.

It is too soon to tell and to test.

Instead of proceeding without planning, if you and he are serious about having a child, please make an appointment with you gynecologist and ask him/her for advice on how to prepare your body for a healthy and safe pregnancy.

Understand that if you are not pregnant that it can take a healthy couple years of trying before they successfully conceive. So don't expect too much too soon.

I have two children already we want a boy but a healthy girl would wonderful also. Im usually pretty fertile and conception is not a problem. I been eating healthy and drinking a lot of water. Just curious because I was not on the pill for my first two girls

The bleeding is likely because you stopped taking the pill in the middle of a pack (if I read your question correctly).

But yes, pregnancy is possible.

I suggest taking prenatal vitamins now to aid in preventing neural tube defects.

Well thank you all so much for the help:) unfortunately the bleeding is getting a lik heavier :( we really tried... I will definitely start my prenatals. But we will be praying our little egg got fertilized:)

Could you further advise me my spotting is now like a full on period. I think you are going to tell me it is... only good thing about it is at now ill know for sure when my ovulation is because ill be able to track it better. I had cramps yest and today and it was today the bleeding started now it heavy.

We really can't tell you if it's your period or not, if you're pregnant or not. If it's turned into heavier bleeding then it's most likely your period.

Ok it stopped I bleed for two days. We are trying again and hopefully we are successful
