    Incompetent cervix- need breech position
I am currently 20 weeks and my cervix has shortened to 3.4. I am pretty sure it will get shorter as with last pregnancy I gave birth at 6 months. My dr's are weighing the option of a cerclage which I have requested. The last week my baby has been head down right on my cervix and I am afraid this is not helping with the issue. I have started trying to drink a lot of water to get more fluid in hopes that she will turn the other way. I am going to have a csection without a doubt so the position is no matter. How can I get her to go into breech position and get her head off my cervix? I need all the help I can get

Your Physician is the one to answer this. If there were a magic formula everyone would use it!

Sounds like you are more than a little bit uncomfortable!

There is nothing you can do to change the position of the baby and anything your doctor does could cause some serious complications.
