    NJ 1040 form
    I am filing a 1040NR form for federal taxation.
    Now, I am not sure whether I need to file NJ 1040NR or NJ1040 for my New Jersey tax, considering the fact that I stayed in NJ for entire year.
    If I am non-resident alien at federal level, does it imply I am NR at state level also ?

    File NJ1040. The NR status has no meaning in NJ.
