I'm divorced and had a lot of debt, this was given to my husband as per the agreement. Can my creditors hold it against me if husband is now insolvent?
Agreement was that he would pay all my creditors for 6 months until I get work (still unemployed)

A divorce decree assigning debt from one spouse to the other is usually not binding on the creditors. So, yes, they can still come after you if the debts are not being paid.
