Hie I would like to ask if caro light has any serious side effects. I was using it for a year and I stopped but my skin started to get seriously dark then I resumed but now when I apply it in the evening I noticed that it swells the lining of my lips as well as my upper lip. Is this one of the side effects of it or its unrelated?
