$100 a week I wish. I was living my life then got trapped into fatherhood. Admittedly she poked holes in the condoms. Now I'm sure there will be a bunch of haters that will feed me a bunch of pro life crap. Well I have a daughter. That's the facts. Now mom was working and making 4350/month. I Make 6000/month I pay her 1250/month. Now she quit and wants to live off me and the state. Technically got fired because she didn't take a test that she knew about for over a year to keep her job. Now gets unemployment ebt . This last year she has traveled out of state with a 1 yr old 4 times and out of the country two times. I only get 10hrs per week visitation. She won't give up more time because it means she looses her free ride and her fat will have to work. I been to mediation. I wasted 7k in lawyers fees to get 10hrs. Prior to the court order I was showing up paying child support whenever she felt like letting me see the baby. My lawyer sucked. I been going to mediation because she keeps trying to play house and make me her husband when I do what she asks its OK but if I don't do what she say she withholds my visits. Now I have to pay another 5k to go back to court for the judge to say don't do that. Men always get screwed. So the answer is your ed just like the rest of us. Last nights dinner for me. 99c ravioli. Her dinner that she had the nerve to invite me over for Lobster tail.

It is not that difficult of a process that you couldn't do it on your own. That way you save some money. Another thing is that you can ask for more visitation time and make sure you have a plan and not just a number out of thin air. Then you can build from there. Just make sure to document everything as you go and if she refuses your visitation make sure it is noted and why. The courts are starting to change a little but your still in for a struggle.
