My son was charged with a state jail felony and a blue warrant issued (no bail). He remained in the county jail until the trial (10 months) at which time he was acquitted. He had no problems ever with parole.The parole officer came by in 2 days and said she would mark it a High Priority and that he should be out in a few days. He talked to her this morning and she said that it could take up to 60 days! This is wrong! Any ideas?
