    Hi,

    My brother is diabetic patient. Recently his creatinine level is increased to 2.0 . He takes insulin. Please advice.

    This is a question for his Nephrologist.

    What advice are you looking for? Diet will make a big difference, but if his kidneys are being damaged they will not recover.
