I'm 4 days late for my period. I'm having mild cramps but no blood. Been a little more tired than usual and I'm having more headaches than usual. I took a hpt today around 4pm and it was negative. I was guessing it came out that way because it wasn't the "morning pee" but still. And it was a CVS Pharmacy brand. But any help please? What should I do?

4 days late is nothing... and it's too soon to be testing or feeling symptoms. You need to wait it out longer, a few weeks, if you don't get your period then test in the morning.
