I have a read spot in my mouth on my right cheak It's kind of rough or on the dry side can't really explain the feeling but but there is no pain at all should I worry..

No I don't have any ideas because we can't diagnose here, and I can't see it, don't know you medical history. You should not have anything like that in your mouth so I suggest a doctor visit to have it properly diagnosed.
