OK so the band members were white and the lead singer had blonde or reddish hair, similar to the Duran Duran hairstyle.

Anyway the band plays in front of an audience who look like puppets or made of lay. The band was playing was real but they walk around the city made of clay so it was half real half Claymation. The lyrics I couldn't hear cause I was in a loud place, but I could hear the beat and sound of the Bass guitar going at a fast tempo every 5-10 seconds.

They show the city made of clay trucks and cars passing and they play in front of a Claymation audience that's all I can tell you.
