I want to start a business stripping & waxing floors,I would like to know how do I charge a customer.

What kind of floors?
Truthfully, I don't know of anyone other than businesses who wax floors anymore, given all the favorite flooring products these days that don't need waxing.
If you mean vinyl tile or linoleum, start with a small 'line' (just words) classified in your local paper. See how it goes.
If you mean businesses/office buildings/warehouses etc, then it's a lot more work getting a foot in the door.

I did have a house once that someone had put an acrylic wax over a very dirty linoleum and I never could get it off, so I wish I had known about someone like you then - but again, that was years ago.
