    Chest and neck pain
I have moderate to severe pain that is in upper right chest/neck area and is worse when moving from sitting or reclining to standing. Also some central chest pain. I feel sensation of heartbeat sometimes in neck area. Need help. What do I do? Been going on for several days. Had echo of heart one week ago. 53 yrs old with cardiac history.

I was in hospital last week no severe cardiac issues found after two days.
Per DRs. I also have chronic angina. Could my symptoms be just stress?

You can but they will tell you the same thing. You cannot be evaluated over the phone either.

I would rather you go to the ER and nothing be wrong than have you die at home. It's always best to err on the side of caution. Especially with your cardiac history.

Please keep me posted as to what you find out.
