Depends on what food poisoned you. But, yes, it can cause dehydration, which is dangerous during pregnancy.

I ate buffalo chkn from subway only a few hrs after eating I started having bad stomach pains diarrhea and vomiting I can't even rinse my mouth out with water without the vomiting starting again.

Please go to the ER to be evaluated.
