My child had a bike accident 50 hours ago and had a huge bump and two stitches. Her nose bridge is swelling and under her eyes as her bump is going down is this something I should be concerned about?

Any head injury should be of great concern. I will assume they were seen by a doctor at either a emergency center or at the ER. What did they say.

If there is concern, or changes, having it looked out is never wrong

The er said the bump would go down and unless infection just keep neosporin on it. However, her nose is swelling but there in no pain for her. So I'm just wondering what the swelling is coming from
