I'm 11 days late now and have started having signs of pregnancy. I started getting hot flashes today, but the past week I've been having strange almost cramp like feelings but not normal menstral cramps. I've also noticed I've been a lot more tired lately and become nauseated sometimes for no reason. I've taken two tests at home and they came back negative. I'm planning on waiting a few more days and if nothing happens, I'm going to take another at home and if it's negative I think I'll call my doctor for a blood test. Could I be pregnant and it just be too early to tell on a test? I'm worried because I'm supposed to be getting my wisdom teeth out in a week and will be given sedation and I know I can't do that if I am pregnant. Advice anyone?
