My granddaughter was taking into DHS when she was born I have the big sister I have been fighting for two years, when to court last week I was told that her Aunt and uncle on the mom side is going to keep my grandaughter , that not fair to the big sister, what can I do, court in 90 days for the hearing on the adoption petition. The aunt is fighting visitation for me and big sister,

There is little you can do. I would hire a lawyer to help you try to prove your granddaughter is better off with you and her sister. But if DHS is recommending the aunt, its not likely that will happen. The best you might hope for is visitation for the big sister and maybe you.
