My green clean light keeps flashing and I cannot cancel the flashing green light OR start my dishwasher.anything I can do??

You have a safety tripped. Look inside and see if the float switch is stuck to start with. Try this:
Hi Temp Wash, Heated Dry;
Hi Temp Wash, Heated Dry.

It can cause a fire.
