I have missed march and April period in march I spotted for a day but was taking birth control and only had severe cramps, last period was in February. Just took a pregnancy test on may 9 and it read positive with a faint line. How far along could I be and in what month could I have gotten pregnant?

Nobody here can make that guess...

You have to go to your gynecologist... the can run a test and do a sonogram... if you are they can only guess to within a 4 week period that it happened based on fetal development. Nobody can guess an exact date or even to the week. Their best guess will be plus or minus 2 weeks.

I think it was like the 4 or 5 of February

You would have gotten pregnant in February, most likely, and by your dates you would be 13 weeks and 1 day pregnant.

If paternity is in question you will have to wait until the baby is born to have a DNA test done.

Thanks and no there's no problem with paternity, just wasn't ready to be pregnant again and have a baby turning 1 at the end of this month and really wasn't sure when it happen because in the past I have had problems with benign cysts on my uterus which caused irregular periods.

In the end, you will have to seek the advice of your OB/GYN.
