Okay say someone puts drugs in your house or vehicle and then called the police on you, how can you prove that someone set you up if the person who set you up has friends that are police officers and are paying them to do frame you.

So you got caught with drugs you weren't supposed to have and are trying to find a way out of it?

While its not completely impossible... it is extremely unlikely because no cop is going to put their career and reputation on the line like that to help someone else screw you. And the courts know it. Lame excuse been tried by way too many people already... didn't work for them either.

You BETTER have some rock solid proof before you make those charges or you will be facing additional charges when you get sued for making false statements... slander... and even libel.. Do it in court and you can add perjury.
