    3 drinks EtG 72 hours later
    I had 2 strong cocktails (vodka & soda) between 8-9pm Monday. Having a EtG test @ 8pm Thursday, will I be okay. I don't know the cut off point.

    There is no cutoff... you aren't allowed to be drinking at all. That's why you are being tested.
