    When you press the brakes they work fine but when you are sitting at a stop light the pedal starts to go to the floor and the I have no brakes so I have to put it in neutral and pump the brakes then they will work but every stop light it does that can anyone help..

    Stop driving the car... have it towed to the shop and have the master cylinder replaced... it is failing and the next time you try to apply the brakes you might find you have none at all to stop. And it won't be long before that happens.

    Yup, bad master cylinder. Get all of the brake fluid changed, too, while you are at it.
