My I 20 was terminated due to attendance and then I left the country immediately and now after a month I got a i20 from the same school.so my question is can I travel with the new i20 and a new semis with the existing visa

When I-20 was terminated, F1 visa would automatically revoked. So you need to pay new SEVIS fee, and re-apply for a new F-1.

This means you are still in 5 months window OR the school failed to report your status to DHS.
