Hi , I hope you cuold suggest me for my problem ,I had a fight with my friend and he slapped me so tight on my left ear since that I am feeling a clumzy sound in my ear like bipppp sound but I can hear sound trought my left ear but not like the same like clearly like my right ear

See a physician, preferably an ear specialist but if that takes too long to set up, visit a clinic.

I am scared that am I lossing my hearing sense of my left ear. And by the way tomorrow I will go for a visit to a clinic sure

Ear wax may have shifted and needs to be removed. Yes, definitely have a doctor examine your ear to see what is going on inside. Ignoring it could make things worse.
