I had sex two fridays ago but immediately after having safe sex I developed hard knots on my left labia majora. It's excruciatingly painful and now small bumps have started forming (they are not excreting anything) I've been putting neosporin on it and it seems to be drying the skin there and the knots don't seem as big but I can't really feel because its still painful. I've read it's common for these knots to form but just want to make sure it doesn't sound like herpes or something. I'm in school everyday so I haven't made it to the doctor. Please help.

THe only way to be sure its not Herpes is for you to get tested for herpes.

That requires you finding the time to go to the doctor. ANd you have had time... most doctors offices are open 6 days a week if you had made an appointment.
