I lost my job since 2009 and tried to look for work in Dubai. However, due to the crisis I was not able to find one. So no option for me to stay but to go back to my country. I left 4 cards and a unpaid loan. Collection agencies were calling me and forcing me to pay, others were not sure if I am still in Dubai. I don't have means to pay at all since I am still unemployed. Recently, I received a text message that one bank is filing a police case against me and at the same time blacklisting my passport to all GCC countries. I am planning to work in KSA and I am not sure if This ban thing is also applicable there? How could I check? Any details would be appreciated. Thanks!

They will have your fingerprints and in some countries... eye scan... and you can't hide from those.
