Hi, on Saturday my nose was running, so I decided to blow all the mucus out and I blown to hard that I felt a loud thud in my left ear, on Sunday morning I woke up feeling partially deaf. It improved during the day after I covered it with plaster. This morning it got back to the way it was on Sunday Morning. I hope to get my hearing back is there any way? Plus my right ear is perfectly fine.
