why does my lower artery connecting to my heart randomly hurt?
I'm a 16 year old boy with a mother that is diabetic and at random times,my lower portion of my heart will hurt extensively much and I don't know why... its not some stupid emotional , my heart really feels like its... breaking. After it hurts, my vision gets blurry and I hear ringing, added onto that I immediately checked my pulse and it seems VERY SLOW. But this is about 5 hours after that and I feel fine and the rate is normal now... what could this possibly mean? Am I not eating right? Do I have blood pressure issues? If I were to try to explain the exact spot that it hurts,I would say its about 2 inches below the nipple (as awkward as is) it worries me sometimes but I've never noticed any other things besides the hearing/vision/beats each time its happened and if I remember well enough, this is about the 4th time
