Hi. I just had my second appointment today and the doctor said I am measuring at 7 weeks. The fetus and sac is there. But the only problem is that we couldn't find a heartbeat. :(
I'm very scared and worried. My doctor said not to worry and stress out and to come back in a week. I'm not bleeding or cramping a lot. I still have symptoms of pregnancy. The doc says my uterus is tilted to the back so I don't know if this could be why it's hard to see, cause he had to do a vaginal ultrasound to see the fetus cause he wasn't able to see from the stomach since my uterus was too tilted. So I'm just trying to get a second opinion.. I'm worried. I had three miscarriages recently.. Not that far from one another.. I'm currently on progesterone 200 mg once a day also.. I just want to know if his is common and is it too early or something? Will the doc find a heartbeat? So I just hope all is well and I hope by next week ill be able to hear a strong heart beat.

Unfortunately, your questions are questions that only time can answer. It is not uncommon not to find a fetal heartbeat at your gestation and considering you have a retroverted uterus, that makes it even harder.

I don't begin to panic until around the 9 to 10 week mark with a retroverted uterus.
