I am 6 weeks pregnant and its my first pregnancy. I feel a bump on my lower left abdomen when I lie on my back but I know it is too early to feel a baby bump. Could it be a swelling in my uterus or fibrosis? Should I be worried?

There is no "baby bump" at 6 weeks. You won't have one for almost 4 months.

In fact its smaller than a raspberry right at this moment. You swallow chunks of food much bigger than that.. and don't see them.
