The idler (PTO) for the deck will not fully disinguage so the safety switch is not made so the tractor will not start once it is shut off. I cannot see why it is hanging up. If I reach under the tractor and pull on the deck belt strongly ( engine shut off) it will release, but it is getting harder.?

And item #56 on page 46 is the spacer for the idler pivot. It needs to be disassembled, cleaned, lubed lightly and reassembled at this location to correct the sticking problem.
